CallCenterWorx ACD not connecting to ACD automatically
CallCenterWorx 4.0.3 ACD not connecting to ACD automatically. The software can connect to the ACD server manually but I need this to start and connect on its own when started or rebooted for fault tolerance. When runnging correctly the CCWX icon spins or rotates as in the attachment. Any tips...- tchambers11
