    The pst is saved...hence a pst. When you say profile are you refering to the user profile or just their exchange profile? My users in question have delivery set to the pst so that all information goes there versus being stored in the mailbox.

    I have 2 users that when scrolling through there contacts list it will lock and then outlook will crash with an exception error. Their contacts are part of a pst. I have already tried pst scan will no results. I have also rerun all current service packs. Any ideas?
