I have a Win NT 4.0 and a Terminal Server, I'm using backup Exec 8.6 build 3878.
I'm getting the following error when backing up my remote server
OFO: Volume name is invalid or not available.
OFO: Initialization failure on: "\\mainserver\c$"

Did you specify the same username and password in the terminal services??
If you didn't you will have to add each client profile to the terminal server with its own username and pwd.
The other user have configured the connection to the terminal services as well as the teminal service client...
It end up being the authentication. Once we turn off the authentication we could connect.
My understanding was that the password in both sides has to be the same, but about the username????? This connection was working before but we were using Lucent pipeline 75 (Canada) and a 760 cisco router...
I am trying to connect from canada to france, we are using Cisco routers Canada 760 and France 1400. When we try to connect give the following error message:
