hp 1210 won't shut down one document pending
yes ...unplugging the usb cable cleared the document pending.. thank you- rokmon

hp 1210 won't shut down one document pending
Hi all...my first post: Prob is the printer won't shut down by pressing the off button...there is one document pending (waiting to be printed) I cannot cancel or delete it...in other words "it won't go away" :( I suspect that the pending document has something to do with it... what to do...- rokmon
