PRI DID# fna to VM recieves Main Greating Not the exts. personal msg
I searched thru a number of pages looking for this problem but didn't see one so here goes. I removed a Flash 4 & replaced with a NAM today (customer needed more mailboxes cheaply). CICS lines 31-34 won't accept "Supervision" Option
Thanks guys Finally got back to the customer with the problem. The copy command did work, fyi if you have to change it back you have to change one of the 1st 4 lines to non supervised then copy to lines 31-34 as needed. For some reason you cannot direct program that feature on those lines, copy...- Krusin
