Need help with Intuity Audix v 2.0
Thank You Pepperz and Franke for pointing me in the right direction. I got it working now. Now the only problem i'm having is when the receptionist gets 2 calls in simultaneously, she cannot transfer them. She has to overhead page for the person to pick up the line. Need help with Intuity Audix v 2.0
We have run a Merlin Legend Intuity Audix Voice messaging system v 2.0 with USl Unix System V Release 4.2 version 1.1 patch U2.1. OK with that said here's the issue I'm having, our extensions have a range from 110-399, 110 being the operator. We now have our night service enabled all day long...- mvega22
