i.e. Site 1 is routed via the current leased and site 2 is routed via the VPN the calls will work, it only fails when BOTH ends go through the vpn it reeks of traffic...

Both my routers are managed also just take and ip out of each range to use in the linux server.
You can add extra ips to each nic you can have as many as you need but
1) you need to mess around with a lot of manual routing

just checked on my router ant the correct cmd is
ip nat inside source static tcp x.x.x.x 80 interface Dialer 1 80
been a while since i had to do it but that worked for me :)
You can apply the rule to the dialer interface instead of an ie
ip nat source static 10.10.10.1 dialer1
the same would apply to the access-list but i spose once thats active your ip is in place so would be a moot point.
least i used to be able to do this on my old 2503 with isdn dialup.
I have a pair of 1721 at either end of a 2mb p2p line we use an avaya ip phone system for or telecomms. I am trying to implement traffic shaping so that the phones dont go all mental when some one downloads a large file off the internet or sends a large file between sites. the internet one isnt...
