    Need Technical Help On Deskcon SN716

    Thank you. it will solve my problem. One thing also, the deskcon doesnt ring it only blinks when there's an incoming call. I tried to check the volume key and mute button but it doesnt work (it doesnt response). Was the key defective? Or there are other ways to troubleshoot it? Thanks!
