I understand. no we only have one server. is there another way of restarting the server, reducing downtime? Right now, we just simply reboot the server. Probably 2-3 minutes tops to be up and running.. but is there another option of refreshing the system? just wondering. Thanks

thank you for your reply! Terminals and printers are on the same switch. it randomly freezes when they're in the middle of a transaction or looking up things.. its random. and cal service is turned on/ automatic.. i can switch to manual. here is the log from the other day when it restarted 3...

only issue with local printer. it prints to the kitchen printer fine.. i will check the workstation setup and make sure all is going to local except the journal. i appreciate your response.
