Does anyone have a user guide for the Norstar Manager? I added a system, but can't do anything with it. Qiuck connect still gives the response.... "KSU Varient Unsupported by Norstar Manager, try using remote tools"? I think I'm most likely missing something basic. Thanks Chris

Getting closer... I tried to add a system, but the Norstar Manager tells me it must be a fixed lenght of 10? Our system ID is only 8 digits. I also tried a quck connect, and had the response.... "KSU Varient Unsupported by Norstar Manager, try using remote tools"? Any ideas? Thanks Chris
