    Mail Relay problem

They are already set up in /etc/reslv.conf as our DNS servers, but those are on the WAN, is it possible that this is not working because without a default gateway the computer can not get to those DNS servers on the WAN?

    Mail Relay problem

So I have to set a default gateway in order to get to any machine that is not in the same segment of my network. There is plenty of information on this site as to how to do that. THANKS! Last question: Why did I have to use the -n on my ping command in order to ping internally?

I pinged with the -n and was able to ping anything in the LAN but not the WAN, I get a "no route to host" error when I try to ping the WAN. I am trying to get to the WAN by IP address. I do not know if I have a default route set, how would I check that? We do have name resolution...

    change ecchange domain

When I set up Exchange 5.5 I used a temporary name in the internet mail service, after testing with the temporary name I changed it to our correct domain name and after changing the email address for every user it now works. The problem is that every time I add a new user it comes up as...

    forwarding mail at the server

I am trying to set up an email account so that every time some one sends mail to this box it automatically forwards to an email pager. Everything I have tried from the server has not worked. I figured out how to do it from Outlook but if I do it that way Outlook has to be open all of the time. I...
