    Cannot browse internet

    Thanks for the response ... unfortunately this did nothing to solve the problem. I am considering upgrading to WinXP (formatting the drive & starting over) as a solution, but I was hoping for something less dramatic. Any other thoughts would be appreciated. -Jason
