    Mantislee, Thank you. The rule is not that clear about sent a copy to me at all. I only see one option under rule but then the sent box sent to me and the sender will saw that right away. Please post step by step what rule and options. Thank you in advance. Tom

    Ash, I need to only read Sent mail form seleted person,I am currently recieving all incomming mail on Exchange 5.5 on Nt4.0, We are using OutLook 2000. I need that person sent mail forwarded or sent a copy to me. I hope this help. Thanks, Tom
