Thank you for your input, I just got home from the install and was able to achieve what I was trying to do by having the CCR tree transfer to extension 202(instead of the HG I created), then I had to go into the line access for each station that I wanted to have in the group and set the answer...- ARothey

I am not sure what I am missing here but I cannot figure this out. Please help! Have AA answering all lines and option 2 is to ring a group of 4 phones. have it set as hunt group 1(270)set to broadcast. after 4 rings at the group I want it to go to 202's VM. 202 is part of the group.
