He was just installing it and it came up with the warm reset...I've never seen that before.
I will also tell him to take the cards out like you said and try to boot up that way. Thank you Brent
I have a tech on site and he is getting this on a MICS w/7.0 Software.
--> CONFIGURATION FAILURE, WARM RESET...
The tech hits reset, and flashes and only gets 221 to come back up and nothing else.
What are we doing wrong? Thank you for the Help Brent
Have a customer that is installing a 2nd T1 card on a MICS w/4.0 Software (30NDG04), has clock card & 6-port fiber.
When he installs in into the 12x0, it reads - "NEEDS Digital CRD"

The first 16 Sets came up fine on the DSM32+, the other 16-Sets are DIM and the speakerphone light is on...Any ideas?
Howdy all, I have a customer that has a CP150 with 1.5 (old software) running on a MICS 7.1..They are having DTMF problems. I talked to Gary over at BDOP and he said there is a DSP Patch that I can load onto the CP150 to fix this problem.

I have a customer that wants to recall caller ID on his M8x24DS with a 12x0 attached to it... The 12x0 has the 8 lines going to it first rather then it going through the 8x24DS.
So, how can he recall the last few numbers of caller ID?
Try feature 903 (if it is a flash voice mail)...If it says Feature codes 980-989...Then accept it, and you WILL have to reprogram the whole voice mail...Hope this helps.
