I'm having a little trouble locating this in the CP manager. Is this located in the Callpilot 150 web interface or the BCM? I don't have a BCM, just the callpilot.

Will the Norstar CICS support PRI? Our company wants to take advantage of the cheaper pricing of VOIP. However, we want to keep our current phone system. I know the MICS system supports it.

I have a problem with my Nortel CICS system. We only have two lines on this system. When the main line is busy, the second line will take over, but everything gets transferred to VM (no rings). This is very frustrating and I've looked through most of the settings and I can't figure out...
