Well it depends. If the motherboard has onboard video then you can run the computer as much as you want, minus high powered games. But if it dosent have onboard video than you probably cant run the computer at all. It will either beep at you and not start up, or boot up normally and you wont see...
They are both old monitors. The primary one is a 17" MicroScan which is always very charged with static for some reason, and the other is a 15" Asus which is never stactic charged. I tried swiching the primary monitor but it made no difference.
