Everything worked fine before the MA4000 server was installed. After this server was installed by NEC, the clock in all PBX's were synched and everything was perfect.
The problem started happening, in only one of the PBX's, after the server stopped working. No software upgrade has been done...
That's the problem, every morning we have to go into CMD ATIM to set the clock because it resets itself every day around 4:00 a.m. We don't have a fusion network. Thanks.
Hello. We used to have a NEC Server (MA4000)to synchronize the clocks on all of our NEAX2400 IPX's. This server is no longer working after a 13KV electric cable fell on a cooper cable going into the PBX room.
Now, without the MA4000, there is a NEAX2400 IPX switch that resets its clock around...
It worked, thanks NECPBXtech30. I created 2 UCD groups. The real one and the other one with 2 vitual numbers. Did the UCD overflow (AUOG) to the virtuals and call forwarded (no answer) the vituals to the destination. Thanks again.
Thanks for the info. The AUOG command overflows a UCD group to another UCD group. The extension I want the UCD group to forward to is installed in a different PBX. I also tried the circular and pilot hunting with no success.

Hello. I have a NEAX 2400 IPX with a UCD hunting group programmed (single line telephones). I wish to forward calls to a new pilot number when all extensions from the UCD hunting group are busy. The main extension from the UCD group has a call forward busy to the new pilot number. When all...
Sorry I was gone for so long. I programmed everything NECPBXtech30 suggested and we are finally getting the call records within the same PBX (station to station). Incoming extension info from the PBX network was not working. I contacted NEC's tech support and after working with them for a...
Thanks for the info. I'll work on this on Monday and give feedback. If this doesn't work, I'll make a file for the ASYD and ASYDL commands so we can compare. Thanks again.
Same here. All CCIS routes have SMDR1 (CDN 10) and SMDR2 (CDN 16) flagged as 1 in ARTD, including the Least Cost Routing (LSR) Route (Rt. 63 in our case).
We have several NEC 2400 IPX switches interconnected with T1's. All PBX's are programmed so that all the call info is sent to the centralized PBX (via CCIS) that is connected to the call accounting system. All is working fine except for the internal incoming calls within the PBX network. The...
