    Ian, Thanks for reply, Data grouped by supplier, 2 reports in group header, one in footer, all subreports individually set with date parameters. 3 subreports linked to differnet sets of data. Its probably something simple, but cannot figure it out. Regards, Philip.

    Hi, I am looking for some help, I have a report here which has 3 sub-reports, 2 of the 3 sub-reports are displaying correct data for the 12 month period selected, one sub-report is not showing the corresponding data for this period. CR Version 12. Many Thanks, Philip
