Merlin Music On Hold
I think that maybe TouchToneTommy may be right, it might not be a Merlin Magix system even though their are 2 large Merlin Magix units on the wall. Out phones say Axxess by Inter-Tel. I am trying to contact the person who installed the system to find out and I just heard that their was a...- GoRohm

Merlin Music On Hold
I am new to this but our Avaya Merlin Magix has a port (RCA Jack) that says MOH (it is right above a jack that says Paging). Do I need to still purchase a coupler to use this or can I just plug in a music source, program and be on my way? Thanks for any assistance!- GoRohm
