New voice mail issue
We have a new problem with our NEAX 2000 IVS with AD8 system. When a station extension is dialed it is forwarded to the attendant, but the greeting is cut off before finishing and the call is forwarded to the attendant again in a never ending cycle. If we dial extension 5006 (the attendant)...- temphelp

Thanks for the reply. If the current configuration (without the new extension changes) wasn't configured, I think I would be in much more trouble since I might then have to reconfigure everything. Is there anything else you might try to check this out? It seems odd that the attendant will...- temphelp

Help!!! We have an NEAX2000IPS/AD08 system that has been corrupted some how. We used the command E6XX to forward a new extension to the voice mail. The extension was tested and everything seemed to work fine - yesterday. Today, we come in and our DID line goes directly to the attendant...- temphelp
