I tried disinabling the popup blocker to test and it still didn't display the page

I have access to an insurance company web site (inquiry). I can get to the web site alright but when I put in my username and password and please enter the site comes up but I can't see it. I mean at the bottom of the screen it says done but there is nothing there to see.
