    well its back after reinitializing mailbox everything was fine then today same symptoms cannot play old messages and when they deleted new message it deleted them all should i reset system or just try to reinitialize mailboxes again any help is greatly appreciated

    thanks i really appreciate your input on this i did reinitialize the mailboxes and that did the trick .I also noticed that in two mailboxes i could play all old messages but the first in each mailbox . and once i deleted the second and third message it wouldn't let me play the first message...

    asks for x andpassword says you have 2 new and 2 old messages for new messages press 0 and plays new messages then says for old messages press 0 but will not play

    mail vs can log in and retreive new messages but cannot retreive previously played messages
