Prior to the MICS/Startalk there was a Avaya Partner ACS installed at this office. The office manager is telling me that the Partner ACS had the ability to pull calls away from the AA. I know this is a forum for Nortel, but can you tell me if this is possible with the Partner ACS? Also are there...

If the auto attendant is set to pick up after 4 rings, is there a way to answer the call even though the AA has already picked it up?
