jmgalvin, Disabling my antivirus and repairing Illustrator works great. I probably should have thought of this before. I have another program that will not install right with the antivirus enabled. Thanks for your help. Brent, I do have alot of active fonts(over 1000)but I haven't had any...- VividInk

I too am having the same problem when opening Illustrator CS. The program still works but, these errors are buggin' the crap out of me. Have you found a fix yet Laura?- VividInk
