Thanks for your reply. I did manage to make it work by programming in the spa8000 a new sip trunk group that only hunted to line 4. I made that line 4 (the private number) go to that trunk group in the spa.- Stepht81323

Customer had nortel 6X16 and 3 lines. She just switched over to sip trunking which we hooked up through a spa8000. What customer needs a private line. She wants one specific phone number to ring in on her line 4 key on her telephone so that we she knows it is her private number calling. She has...- Stepht81323
