When I entered 8A4005 de 9 de it gave me "Assigned Already" instead of a number. I have been using a DTerm to make changes, should I be using MOC or Matworx?
I have been in the manuals and agree LCR looks very confusing. But I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a tech in and decided to take a shot at it. My CM200>9 gives A126, so it is going into LCR but I believe my LCR settings are all at default values. I am trying to find that command at the...
Hello,
I have a NEAX 2000IPS linked to a ShoreTel system and want to change the call routing so when 9 is dialed for an outside line the tie to the ShoreTel is used. We are a single tenant system and no special LCR has been set up, all values are at default. What is the command that sets...

Thanks
Hi,
My experience with the NEC has been limited to setting up extensions and such, never had to deal with trunks. I am familiar with Command mode and have Matworx32 installed. What is the CM I should use to get the ARTD settings?
Thanks
Hello All,
I have been digging through the NEC manuals but am having trouble finding a trunk restriction that would prevent transfers. Could someone point me in the right direction? Could it be associated with Least Cost Routing settings?
Thanks again.

Thanks
Hello,
I have a NEC IPX 2400 with a T-1 tie to a ShoreTel system. I am able to send and receive calls across the tie. My problem is that when a call that is established across the tie is transferred it either bounces back to the person trying to make the transfer immediately or gets dropped...
