Yes the message envolope says the correct time and date when checking the message via handset. Its just in the Call Pilot store of Outlook that it is incorrect.
Yes e-mail has correct time and date. Only in the Call Pilot store is it incorrect. Also there are only two users that have the Unified Messaging at this location and both are having same trouble.
