What is the significance of the LEDs in winspm. I've noticed that at certain times the buttons can be used to cycle the LEDs (red/green) on or off but I've yet to figure out what they actually control. Thanks in advance!

How do I stop Extensions from being able to pickup an in use line. Currently when anyone has answered an incoming call any other user can push that line button to listen in on that call.
