Can I upgrade our IP Office 412 Admin Suite directly from 2.1.27 to 3.0.59 or is there an intermediate build that I need to upgrade to first? The Avaya documentation sounds like if you are at 2.1.xx you should be able to upgrade directly to the latest 3.0 build.
Is there any possible way to get 44XX phones to refresh their time from the IP Office other then rebooting or unplugging the phone? I've noticed a number of our 44XX phones are not time-synced with the correct time (i.e. many of them are about 5 minutes fast).
