Hey! Better news!! The 24 digit number is the correct one to enter (breaks into seperate 8digit numbers as I was typing it in). After that, go to HARDWARE, KSU, and CD1 --- then change it to PRI. Some of the settings under this may have to be modified in order match what the local telco is...- ChevyAlan

My system rebooted (due to lack of PG&E power) - and I've lost all my configurations! Neat! I'm trying to rebuild the system and I don't know how to enable the PRI for usage. I have a PRI enabler code (8 digits) and a sticker that says "Key Code:" followed by a 24 digit number. I'm...- ChevyAlan
