No I dont get a "Not log on as a service rights" error. I can stop it manually and restart it. Sometimes it does give a timeout error saying the application did not responed in a timely manner.

Thanks for your reply. What would be involved in formatting it to 8k blocks? Would that be considered allocation size? Would I need a special program for that? Also, would it count the whole hard drive space or would using 8k blocks lower the amount of space on the HD?

Yeah I didn't see any health detector software and the card isn't integrated.
