2610xm cant up certain flashes...
and also it seems like my tftpdnld settings are reset everytime the router reboots. I dont remember this happening with other non xm 2600 routers. Is this also because of the rom or am I missing a command to actually save tftpdnld settings before reseting. -

Is the rom image the bootrom? I hope it is. ive, swapped and replaced roms in 2500s but never in 2600 or 2600xm, i guess i will start looking for xm boot rom them. Thanks for all the replys. The router is 128/32, with one dram slot unfilled. A nm-4e is also present. -

I wish glbp worked for a single router running multiple connections. Only other choice is oer on xm or higher router i think, dont have that good of a router though. -

Thanks for replying andy. My current setup is for remote lab pursoses mainly, i want both connections natted outside by the eth ports from the nm-4e while using only 1 fe port from the 2621 for the lans. The remaining eths and fe is mainly used for telnet access to other routers. I just want... -

2950 The system is unable to boot.....
nevermind i fixed it. I think the problem occured because the 2950 doesnt allow for .tar uploads to flash. I had to xmodem the new ios. Is it possible to tftpdnld an ios to flash for the 2950? -

glbp question about load balancing 2 connections
Hi kisco, it works again but only with the vmware pc. I have no clue why. When I change the vmware gateway to .252 it gives me more upload and when its on .253 i get max download and about half as much upload(about 1 meg only). When I use the virtual gw address, it seems like it will switch... -
