    Thank you both for the advice....The system actually powered back on this morning, and turned off again... I may just bring the CPU to a computer repair shop to see if it is a fan or electrical problem causing the power turn off.. I do have an e-mail into DuVoice, asking for more...

    Lucent Merlin Legend Intuity Problem

    It appears that the CPU that runs our Merlin Legend automated attendant has expired. We have been using the Interactive Northwest ESC system, and the system will not turn back on. Can anyone suggest the best way to either get this system back up and running, or suggest a newer, better, faster...
