Asus A7V600
Thanks for your tips, but it still doesnt work... This computer is a new build, though the harddrive is old. We have tried installing windows from cd but it wont start after the first reboot. "Boot disk failure" Then we installed window xp on another computer and put the disk back...- martinwiden

Having serios problems with a Asus a7v600 motherboard, a amd 2500+ cpu 333fsb and 512mb 400mhz ddr. In the boot up sequence after detecting disks, the computer virtually stops.
