That was the problem, route wasn't created properly.
The phone can now connect to the head office and i can make and receive internal calls.
However i cannot make any external calls?? Not sure what the problem is since user has access to make calls calls.

I am trying to connect an Polycom SIP IP Phone to an IP Office R7.0 across a WAN Link. I am able to access other resources from the remote site to the main site but can't ping the IP Office.

I have a Call Pilot mini installed.
If i call into the system the Auto Attendant answers, but if i transfer to the operator extension and after 4 rings it dosent go to the general delivery mailbox.
It replays the Auto Attendant greeting.
If i call the operator internally the same problem...
