Purchase Order Number Reverting to past number
What is the best way to find out which user is not picking up the right range? We are using Citrix, so in theory should all be accessing the same data. Could load balancing be affecting this?- russcm

Purchase Order Number Reverting to past number
Great Plains version 7.5 using Citrix. Each year we change our purchase order range. e.g CC9999, DC9999. There is an overlap period when we need to enter orders for the next year, and these order numbers are always input manually by overtyping the automatic number. We then reset the order...- russcm
