    I have created the CTI route but when creating the dn where will i find the forward it always. I do see the forward always but it gives me an error saying forward all Destination - allowed characters are numeric (0-9),plus +,asterisk(*),X.

    Hello, I am trying to find out the best possible way to create a quick dial using an ext. 555 to go directly to 1-866-699-3239. I am using Cisco Call Manager 7.1 . Could someone give me the easiest way to do this? Thanks
