Hello, IP500 5.0 with Avaya dect R4 and 3720 handset's. By incoming call I only see the CLIP when the call is answered. That's a little too late.. The same handset's I tried on a old avaya IPdect system. Then I see the CLIP direct when the phone is ringing. Any idea??

My customer's problem is also solved. I downgraded the ip406v2 to 4.1(15) firmware. After this the softconsole shows the correct blf status. Everyone is happy.
