    Hi, I have a PC that has five user accounts. Today, two of these accounts have started with a minimum of icons and the users name has been changed to 'username.HOME'. The original username is still under documents and settings. Can anyone tell my why this change has happened and how to correct it.

    At start-up, I am getting a message that crypserv.exe has generated errors and will be closed. Does anyone know where I can reinstall crypserv from? Any other info on crypserv would also be very helpfull.
