Sure it's the same revision. As you see on the CI-label, this one is also written by Ericsson and since all CI's are unique you can be sure that a patch replacing a patch in the assembler part is written for the same Program Unit's revision. It won't hurt, anyway.
The patch you are referring to is very, very old and very wrong. Have a look at this assembler:

The problem is that the channelpointer in SL60 for some reason not is set when the cross address function is ongoing. Happens mostly when using 2B+D signaling.
There is a fix for this that was released already in SP9 (BC11), so time to update ;-)
