Kinda the way I went about it already. At first I thought there was a CO that had a problem at the street... the incoming lines are split prior to going in to the KSU, so you can pick them up with a std 1A2 handset (or plug in a fax, or whatever...) I think my unit suffered a lightning hit in through the MOH line. When the HOLD button is pressed on any keyset, the caller "goes away" even through the line flashes as if he were on hold, AND , you will be unable to select any CO line from the 8 choices on the keyset for around 30 seconds...- jasonatkiktradio
