Yeah, sounds like a case of virus attack. I fidget around with my registry and found a call for explorer32 to be the culprit.
The branch it's found in is as follows:-

Opps...yes I do need to be precise. I was thinking more in terms of resetting the AccountLocked property, or "unlock" an account. Some has suggested using cusrmgr.exe, then nltest.exe to get the BDC in sync.
I'm thinking of a way where I can reset a user domain account using the command line instead of using usrmgr.
Can someone throw some light on this?

I'm a newbie and sure have a problemo on my hands.
I've install the remote agent. But upon booting up I get an error message saying that remote agent cannot find a file along with the error id (2).
