We are planning to add another DID. We already have one programmend 7500 with the number being 513- 457-7500 and we are adding another 7500 but its 513-273-7500. I am no expert and every other time we have added a DID they are different Numbers. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Kipp

Sorry Mitel 5000. I am hoping to prevent the callers from hearing this noise (some hang up).

After hours i have several extension that will go to a phantom (cell phone) and I have to enter in a long distance code. After the caller presses the extension they hear a series of tones and a dial tone before ringing. Is there a way to prevent these tones. Thanks Kipp

Everything is working fine except after we dial a long distance number, we require a 3 digit long distance code. For some reason the their new server can not hear the tone of the 3 digits so it will not allow the call. They are telling me I need to change the DS0 Levels to "set gain on DS0...

I am having issues with my long distance codes not being heard by my telecom company. I am told I need to change the DSO levels. I a new to this so any help would be great. Thanks Kipp
