    actually, I cannot get into safe mode. I used the monitor of my pc to check for the screen resolution. And everything looks ok. Is that means my video card is damage? I am only a technical user, please advice me of the next step. Thank you.

    I check all that you mentioned and no, the screen resolution and refresh rate are not setting at too high. 800x600, however, I notice that the color is only 32bity instead of 256.
