Sorry, it seems there is a definite need fo clarification... ThePhoneGURU- 1a. I went into the system configuration and added DN 333 to phone 268 via "Answer DN". This is not the primary DN of the phone, it just rings to a different button (not line 1 or 2). 1b. And yes, I want DN 333 to ring...- rwalscheid
