So Doktor, your instructions about D13 of ADC are good, we have't the problem of dual acll now !! Thank! summerdike, i think so that intrusion problem is a system bugg, i've this problem ontwo sites with BC12SP6 and ONLY this version! I'm waiting SP7 for testing ....- Deexy99

Hi, I've a MD110 BC12SP6 with ACD and some problems after upgrade: * When an agent is in ACD call, it receive an other ACD call at same time !! * After upgrade to BC12SP6, supervisor cannot make intrusions on ACD agents.
