we are running Avaya Merlin Magic with 4CO and 22Ext, Message Board and thats it....simple setup...and handsets are Avaya 4424d+
and same users just new hardware....

after recent change from NEC to Merlin Magic system everyone who calls in complains that the audio is too quiet....after doing some test it only happens on the incomming lines not local extensions....on all phones....any line...is there a setting to change the gain on the mic for phones...
