Hi BigJohnD Thanks for the reply. I agree what I described is a little sketchy. I would say what I need is a PARAGRAPH style solution. Forget the bold and light type issue. Would it be possible to create a line of text in a right column, left justified - and a line of text on it's left side...- missdeevious
