    Thanks for the tip, unfortunitly, the mailboxes do have any limits set on them yet. Planning to do that at a later time. Also may mention that this particular mailbox has been rolled from a Palm to an IPAQ and during the process the calendar part of the roll to outlook failed. Hope that help...
